Job Description
  •  Managing all employee expenses related benefit such as medical reimbursement, insurance, BPJS, etc
  • Register, update, and calculate employee data for BPJS (health and employement)
  • Monitoring government regulations related to UU Ketenagakerjaan, legislation, and benefits trends
  • Managing the employee agreement including all related document and controlling employee contract
  • Maintain issues related benefit and able to communicate properly to emplotee
  • Maintain good communication and coordination with the third parties such us hospital, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, etc
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree of Accounting or Management SDM or related background
  • Minimum 1 year experience in related position
  • Able to use Ms. Excel (formula, function i.e lookup, ect) to fast check and compare data
  • Understand employee salary calculation, BPJS and any other requlation related with employee
  • Able to calculate BPJS and others related with compensation and employee benefit
  • Good skill and experience in HR & Payroll system
