  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Preferably Fresh Graduated 
  • Good in Computer Skill (Ms. Office)
  • Fluent communication in English verbal or non-verbal
  • Preferably specialized in clerical/ administrative support or equivalent
  • Able to handle board and committee meetings, and corporate document handling and filing
  • Governance liaison for Country Manager
  • Able to create informative presentations
  • Good verbal, and written communication skill
 
Job Role:
 
  • Schedule & Meeting arrangement for management
  • Make a simple financial report for transportation or medical reimbursement and or entertainment
  • Produce documents, reports, and presentations
  • Respond to phone calls and screen the inquiries or requests
  • Register the incoming and outgoing letters in a systematic record
