Job Description :
 
1. Exercise analytical on BOI report particularly cost and expenses, understand the cost and expenses trends on month      to month basis
2. Set-up annual Cost which align to Lion Parcel strategies and management goals
3. Monitor and control the actual cost and expenses disbursement base on STT issued.
4. Work closely with Finance Business Partner to monitor and control the actual performance.
5. Provide recommendation to increase cost efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Prepare cost report on monthly basis including the fluctuation analysis and variance analysis against previous month      cost.
7. Identify, aggregating and assigning cost and expenses under function to product by using relevant key-drivers in order to generate calculation of profitability report by product and by client.
8. Support the reporting process for management decision making.
9. Manage team and maintain process to produce excellent output from team work.
 
Job Requirement :

1. Minimum bachelor degree / master degree in Psychology (Preferrable from Psychological Profession Program)
2. At least 1-3 years working experience asTalent Acquisition, Recruitment,Assessment
3. Good analytical and reporting skill
4. Maximum 27 years old
5. Willing to go on bussiness trip.
6. Willing to be placed at Kedoya
