JOB BRIEF :
In this role, it’s important to have good interpersonal skills to deal with customers and collaborate with other departments in the company, in order to achieve the maximum efficiency and helping to manage customer satisfaction.
 
Scope & Job Responsibilities / Duties Include : 
SALES SUPPORT
  • Processing / qualifying sales leads :
    • Identifying new prospects through tele-sales.
    • Data cleansing and validate information before formalizing the sales lead.
    • Assigning the lead to the correct sales channel and follow up for results.
  • Preparing and Responding to Rate Inquiries (RFQ / Tenders / Bids).
  • Scheduling / Assigning Sales Appointments.
  • Actively involving in building new and existing customer relationships.
  • Updating sales related activities to the Sales & CRM System.
  • Working towards achieving Budgetary goals / KPI’s.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • Supporting new client on-boarding and activation.
  • Assisting and monitoring operations flow of customers / agents assigned.
  • Troubleshooting / Problem Solving of escalations in a timely manner to retain client / partner confidence.
  • Build Sustainable relationships of trust through interactive communication.
  • Keep records of customer interaction on RFQ, Escalations, etc.
  • Handle email correspondence, requests and queries appropriately.
  • Accompanying or representing the company at business meetings / review meetings.
  • Produce reports, presentations, briefs and conduct research and/or carry out projects.
  • Conduct Monthly review meetings with BU Heads to ensure proper Customer Service is delivered.
 
REQUIREMENTS :
  • Education – Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Basic Understanding of operational process flow.
  • Computer Literacy – Mandatory (MS Office, CRM, ERP systems)
  • Fluency in Languages – English is Mandatory (Written/Spoken), other languages is an added advantage.
  • Result Oriented, Process Driven, Self Discipline, Well groomed, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, presentation skills.

  • Flexibility, adaptability and attention to detail.
  • Maybe necessary to work over time during peak / when deadlines are close or as and when required.
