Job Responsibilities :
- Follow up & maintain communication with customers & agents.
- Maintain a good relationship with customers & agents by phone, email, or visiting them.
- Having a good relationship with vendors, shipping lines, airlines and co-loaders.
- Arrange & coordinate shipment with customers, operation staffs, agents and shipping lines / airlines.
- Responsible for handling shipment such as :
- Documentations : HBL, MBL, HAWB, MAWB, Manifest, D/O, Invoice, Debit Note, Credit Note.
- Email : Follow up, Booking, Pre-alert, NOA, POD to agent/customer.
- Schedule courier for take OBL, D/O or send D/O.
- Quoting the rates/charges to customers or agents.
Job Requirements :
- Age below 40 years old.
- Minimal 2 year experience in Export / Import activity.
- Bachelor / Diploma’s degree in any field / management transportation.
- Good communication skills in English (written & spoken).
- Able to handle ocean/sea and air shipment (freight, project and clearance).
- Computer literate (able to use Microsoft office and emails).
- Having a smart and strong power bargaining with vendors.
- Having a good mandarin speaking will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willing to work under pressure.
