We are searching for a Logistics professional who can be assisting the supervisor in planning & working with capacity control to assure space is being protected. The Customer Service Executive will also assist the shipping manager with daily functions. This position is for our office in Jakarta, Indonesia.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Receiving bookings from customers
  • Assisting on factory coordination, placing booking to carrier, coordination with operations
  • coordinating with customers/overseas agents for approval, ensuring account specific KPIs & Department KPIs are being achieved
  • Track & Trace and maintain DSRs with accurate information
  • Prepare required documents such as HBL, MBL and ensure their accuracy in order to complete the job
  • confirm draft BL’s with shippers, coordinating with Field Operation team, Creating financials (DN/CN)
  • sending PRE-ALERT on timely manners, sending data/information to EDI team where applicable
  • Complying SOPs
  • Closing Job as per set timeline
  • Adhere to all compliance procedures and work instructions
  • Keep work area clean and organized
 
Position Requirements
  • Minimum qualifications – Bachelor's Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
  • Possess minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar capacity
  • Age between 20-30
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
  • Strong verbal, written communications skills
  • Experience in Cargowise System or similar ERP system will be an added advantage           
  • Good computer skills
  • Able to work under pressure
