Customer Service (Booking and Documentation) - Isotank Division

PT.Giant Transporter Indonesia , Surabaya Branch

Requirements :

Maximum 28 years old.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Indonesia and English proficiency are must
Preferable Multi Language speaker (minimum 2 languages)
Excellent discipline, computer and communication skill
Able to work under pressure

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Handle all documentation matter for Seafreight & Trucking.
Input modul entry manifest & Send flatfile / manifest to carrier.
Update to customer / consignee via phone & email of BL & BC 1.1.
Send a notice of arrival to consignee & forwarder
Ensure that all customers queries are well taken care and resolved.
Monitor customer shipment and ensure that shipment is loaded on given schedule.
Maintain good communication and relationship with Carrier so that excellent service can be delivered to customers.
