Requirements:

  • Preferable with minimum 2 years experiences in same position
  • Fresh graduates are open to apply
  • Able to operate Ms. Office, internet, and/or CS application/system

Job Description:
  • Respond to inquiries from customers about past, current and pending order and / or delivery / pickup status.
  • Help resolve and resolve complaints and / or problems faced by customers.
  • Respond to customer questions/inquiries immediately.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as needed.
  • Provide feedback about the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
