Requirements:
  • Diploma degree or higher
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Experience in a Customer service online shopping environment and warehouse process knowledge will put as plus
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Serve as an escalation point for support issues from Tier 1 agents.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
 
Job Descriptions:
  • Following up customer cases, escalated to related department and solving customer issue via call or email
  • Handling customer directly (walk in customer)
  • Management and resolve customer complaints
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
