Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibility
Support Customer Support Assistant Manager and Manager to coordinate team
Support Customer Support Manager in terms of quality improvement and customer service standards
Understanding how to escalate case and recommending improvements if there’s any
Supporting the team in escalation and resolving problem
Communicate and align with other operational stakeholder
Disseminate the knowledge of customer support process to the team
Conduct monthly performance analysis of customer support
Qualification
Minimum Bachelor (S1) degree of any academic field
Min.3 years working in the logistic industry in the similar job role
Good understanding of Microsoft Office
Having good analysis and decision-making skills
Can communicate effectively
Leadership capability
