Job Description
- Managing all employee expenses related benefit such as medical reimbursement, insurance, BPJS, etc
- Register, update, and calculate employee data for BPJS (health and employement)
- Monitoring government regulations related to UU Ketenagakerjaan, legislation, and benefits trends
- Managing the employee agreement including all related document and controlling employee contract
- Maintain issues related benefit and able to communicate properly to emplotee
- Maintain good communication and coordination with the third parties such us hospital, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, etc
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree of Accounting or Management SDM or related background
- Minimum 1 year experience in related position
- Able to use Ms. Excel (formula, function i.e lookup, ect) to fast check and compare data
- Understand employee salary calculation, BPJS and any other requlation related with employee
- Able to calculate BPJS and others related with compensation and employee benefit
- Good skill and experience in HR & Payroll system
