Tradecorp are looking for a professional, charming & enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our team located in SCBD Jakarta.
 
Our ideal candidate will be familiar with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner who can develop a thorough understanding of our products and the services we provide. This role demands a pro-active candidate with strong negotiating skills, who has the ability to motivate, coach and mentor a team of research assistants, and encourage them to generate leads. 
 
Objectives of this Role
  • Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our products.
  • Research the customer needs and identify how our solutions meet them, motivate, and advise a team of research assistants.
  • Achieve company objectives through effective planning, and analysing performance data.
  • Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
 
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base 
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfil them
  • Oversee the research team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly
 
Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Fluent in English Language and Indonesian
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Presentation skills
