Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform all necessary coordination related to export-import activities at port locations.
- Carry out the process of handover of documents required by agencies - related to the import and export process
- Supervise work teams related to operations at port locations
- Establish and maintain communication with internal and external parties related to the process of import and export operations
- Oversee the work team related to the establishment of good relations with relevant parties
- Make routine administrative reports and documentation of activities
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with any major, preferably from supply chain management
- Minimum 3 years experiences in operation sea & air freight
- Strong in financial skill and operation system of logistics management/supply chain/warehouse/transportation
- Excellent Communicator within and outside the Organization
- Preferably have a certificate PPJK
- Strong analytical, persuasive, and customer service oriented
- Fluently in English oral & written
- Willing to be placed in Medan-Deli Serdang
