  • Acquire new customers, maintain and develop existing customers
  • Deliver profitable budgets for Geodis Indonesia
  • Identify and build relationships with clients, commit client base and key stakeholders
  • Build & maintain opportunity pipelines
  • Promptly work upon and register opportunities generated in CRM
  • Use Geodis Selling processes to understand customer needs, keep updates with market, bring value to clients' supply chain
  • Handle customer inquiries, problems, and complaints
  • Work closely with sales colleagues and related functions to maximize sales potentials and help meet the total organization's business goals
 
 
Requirements :
 
  • Bachelor Degree in Transportation & Logistic, Business, Marketing, or any major
  • Minimum 4 years experience with documented sales record
  • Sales experience and working knowledge of the international Freight Forwarding company, Mining industry & Oil Gas company.
  • Familiar with finance aspects of local economy as well as international market conditions, trends, issues, currency factors, and cultural differences
  • Fluent in Bahasa, and comfortable in English or other languages to interact and manage customers
  • Good computer skills
  • Good presentation techniques
  • Commit to quality, enterpreneurial skills, aggresive scouting the market, result-oriented
  • Open minded, good communicator, self-motivated
  • Able to use and follow Geodis tools as required
  • Understand and support company goals and strategies
  • Strictly adhere to company Ethics and Compliance
