[Responsibilities]?
  • Operational management of freight forwarding business
    • Customs clearance broking operation (Ocean / Air Import & Export of Auto parts, finished vehicle and etc.).
    • In-Land transportation operation – Arrangement of trucking, Cargo tracing & etc.   (Containerized Cargo for Ocean, General Cargo for Air, Bulk / Oversized Cargo Import & Export).
    • Booking operation for Ocean & Air transportation.
    • Managing the overall affairs related to forwarding operation.
    • Support for expatriate related to forwarding business  .
  • Management of division staff (more than 10 people – Not fixed, Forwarding business division) 
  • Managing the Settlement of logistical cost
    •  Invoicing & collecting logistical cost.
    • Logistical cost payment process (to subcontractor, government office, related party & etc.).
    • Managing the logistic performance.
[Basic qualifications]
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
  • 10 years or above of related job experience in Forwarding / Logistics or any other company in Indonesia.
  • 3 + years supervisory experience in Freight forwarding field.
  • Must have PPJK Certificate
  • Advantages:
    • Work careers of Korean major company in Indonesia.
    • International forwarding operation career regarding automotive industries in Indonesia.
    • Applicants who have customs license would be preferred.
[Abilities]
  • Effective written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to understand Indonesian forwarding business relevant regulation, tax laws and etc.   
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
