Responsibilities :
 
To support HC Operation & GA Manager for the day to day of company administrative and organisational tasks, including : safety & office facility management, fixed assets management, office inventory control, office security system, building cleanliness, and GA budget plan. 
 
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from any major.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in General Affair.
  • Good analytical thinking, proactive, and detail oriented.
  • has experience in building management and maintenance.
