Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • At least 2 - 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Preferably experienced in Express
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team
  • Proactive, responsible and organized
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Data-driven decision making mentality and “can-do” attitude
  • Prior experience with a start-up will be a huge plus
Responsibilities:
  • Key responsibility holder on fleet unit economics, keeping a tight control on operational costing and contribute to project costing and pricing decisions
  • Responsible for communicating strategic objectives and practical initiatives together with KPIs, implementation goals and timelines
  • Manage a team of fleet supervisors, administrators, drivers and couriers to achieve operational goals
  • Continual contribution to improvement of internal operations processes
  • Analyze demand and supply data to ensure adequate couriers and drivers availability 
  • Analysing and monitoring seller KPIs (including lead time, cancellations, customer satisfaction, returns, product quality, etc)
  • Conduct root cause analysis when seller performance fluctuate. Build up the knowledge base (the correlation between root cause and KPI fluctuation)
  • Giving feedback about the performance of the agent/partners/suppliers, analysis of most common issues and development of next steps to solve them
  • Understand the current system capabilities and limitations, continuous improvement for systems and processes
