Job Description:
  • Establish the Company Policy and Regulation base on the guidance for Global/Regional HR and adjust the implementation according local practice.
  • Manage the HR Operation activities: Recruitment, Compensation Benefit, Industrial Relation,  Organisation Development, Performance Management, Training & Development and General Affairs.
  • Prepare Reporting: monthly report, quarterly meeting and adjustment to organisation chart.
  • Prepare budget for HR and Administration (HC budget and General Administration cost) base on the budget guidance.
  • Drive the Performance Management cycle calibrate performance of employees with HODs.
  • Coordinate with the departement manager on organisation development & restructuring (Organisation review and Job Evaluation).
  • Review and recommend salary proposals to Management for approval.
  • Manage the Industrial relation base on the labor regulation in Indonesia (handle issue relate to employee matters)
  • As a learning coordinator to control the implementation of Learning management system base on Head Quarter guidance.
  • Coordinate all Admin related activities (e.g. reception, travel accommodations, facilities, cleaning, stationery, building lease and maintenance).
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in HR Management with the same position
  • Required Skill(s): leadership, people management, compensation and benefit, recruitment, people development, training, Change Management
  • Knowledge of Labor Law, HR Management
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
