We are a team of skilled and ambitious colleagues, and together we are responsible for providing end-to-end HR services to Maersk Indonesia. We are looking for a dedicated colleague to assume the pivotal role of delivering second-to-none HR administration to Maersk’s employees and managers.
 
The position is situated at our office in Indonesia. You will report to the Area HR Service Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities
 
Your main purpose will be to deliver a solid and reliable HR experience for your stakeholders, via key HR administrative tasks, throughout the different stages of an employment lifecycle. Centrally, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

HR Documentation. This includes drafting employment contracts and other legal documents to our employees.

Recruitment Administration. Will work hand in hand with the Global Recruitment Team in Administration, coordination and handling of the complete recruitment process for candidates.

Benefits Administration. Assist in government related requirements and registration.
 
Continuously identify and implement improvements to our services to ensure we work simply and efficiently, add value to the business and create a smooth and seamless HR experience for our internal customers.
 
Your primary contacts include your colleagues, the HR Business Partners, as well as new employees, hiring managers and counterparts in other support functions.
 
Who we are looking for

A motivated, self-starter who enjoys working with HR administrative tasks and derives satisfaction from creating successful experiences for others. Someone who takes pride in resolving requests with a service minded attitude and in a simple, focused and timely manner.
 
Your structured approach to your work allows you to have many tasks on the go at once, without losing the overview or compromising on quality. You are careful with details and insist upon accuracy but take care to meet deadlines.
 
The successful candidate is interested in learning the ins and outs of SAP HR, but also recognizes that accurate data alone does not translate to a positive customer experience. You are able to see things from the customers’ perspective and take notice of the little things that can ensure our internal stakeholders have a positive experience and perceive real value and business benefits from the support we provide. Even during a hectic day of many ad hoc requests, you insist on providing service with a smile.
 
You have strong interpersonal skills, which are necessary to successfully manage your internal stakeholders.
 
Fluency in spoken and written English is a must. It is also an advantage to have experience with SAP HR.
