Job Description :
  • Setup initial HR & Recruitment Team
  • Manage sourching, attacting, interviewing, and hiring candidates to open positions.
  • Manage HR & Recruitment Team to ensure stream of candidates fulfill company's need.
  • Manage and overse full spectrum HR & Recruitment functions: recruitment & selection, training & development, industrial relation, performance management, compensation & benefit, and day to day HR operations.
  • Inviting candidates for interview and psychological test.
  • Responsible for ad-hoc projects assigned.
  • Manage Industrial Relation and Employee Relation
Qualification :
  • Maximum 30 years old and must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management or equivalent with min GPA 3.00 
  • Preferably having experience or knowledge about Logistic&Expedition of Manufacture Industry.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Recruitment, Human Resource, Industrial Relation, Negosiation, Management, Communication and Interpersonal.
  • Willing to work with high pressure and comfertable with rapid changes.
  • Having deep knowledge in sourching strategy for any position.
  • Advance in Ms. Excel and data mining.
  • Good Communication skill, Interview and psychological test.
  • Knowledgeable about Indonesian Labours Laws.
  • Experience in recruitment for new company
  • Can join immadiately, full time position(s) available.
  • Willing to be placed at warehouse and our head office in PIK area, North Jakarta
