Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for  recruitment process, attendance, Payroll, BPJS labor and health, reference letter, Letter, KITAS extention, PKWT/ PKWTT, company activities, corporate license and vehicle
  • Fostering, and maintain good relationships with external companies, such as vendors, agencies, government and others.
  • Manage all spectrum of hrd : recruitmet, combensation and benefit, personnel administration, training and development, organization and development, performance management, industrial relation, job description, etc
  • Manage all spectrum of general affair
  • Experience in implementing and evaluation of job desc, KPI and Appraisal
 
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Psychology) with minimum GPA of 3.0 from reputable university
  • Maksimum 40 years old
  • Experience in GA, HR Derpartment at least 5 years.
  •  Fluent in English both written and oral
  • Independent, detail, good analytical thinking skill, good leadership skill, good negotiation skill, excellent communications, and interpersonal skill, problem solving skill
  • Familiar with Indonesian labor law and manpower regulation
