Job Description :
  • Identifying and mapping the potential hazards that are likely to occur in the work environment
  • Responsible and in charge of making an idea related to the K3 program
  • Served to create and maintain various documents directly related to K3
  • Reviewing and evaluating SOP and WI in accordance with SMK3 standards
 
Requirements :
  • Age 25 – 40 years old
  • Candidate must posses at least Diploma or Bachelor degree majoring in occupational safety and health
  • Have a minimum of work experience at least 1 year in QHSE Oil and Gas, Mining
  • Have certificate of AK3U and having knowledge about SMK3
  • Often go out of town for business trip
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is preferable
  • Responsible, excellent interpersonal and communication skill
