Job Description :
  • Managing container Inward, container Survey & Estimation, container Repair, container Outward and container Trucking processes for maintaining smooth operation levels in the depot all the time.
  • Maintaining and delivering high-level of service quality in all operational activities and in Equipment Maintenance, container Washing, container Repair, GOH, etc. while ensuring all related activities are carried out with due consideration to safety as per company policy.
  • Managing the yard operation by monitoring daily inventories, stack planning, its daily operation and allocating resources by way of achieving high-level of productivity.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with all customers such as Transporters, Shipping, Regulatory bodies, etc.
 
Qualification :
  • Minimum 9 years of professional experience in Container Depot industry where 5 years at management level
  • A Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed University (preferably in Logistics Management)
  • Close relationships with Port Authorities and related institutions
  • Good understanding on local and international Container Depot standards
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both English & Bahasa
  • Proficient in computer and system literacy
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management, CSF, etc. will be definite advantage
