Responsibilities:
  • Analyze multiple datasets from marketing
  • Achievement in 6 months: understanding the KPI's, the supporting data, the data owners, mechanic behind data generation, the business processes, maintaining multi-users templates,
  • Achievement in 12 months: improvement proposal of data alignment and analysis, consistency of reporting in terms of quality and time needed
  • Marketing Analyst role has very exciting challenges in Ninja Xpress. The analyst will support to extract necessary information from marketing & loyalty programs. Theywill support to fine tune current capability to retain and improve existing customer’s value.
  • The key role will be to collect and analyze the regulars data from data warehouse (Metabase), loyalty app, as well as records and documentation. They will collaborate with other team members, particularly in order to consolidating all the necessary information to achieve common goals.
  • Executing these tasks is extremely challenging. If you have strong analytical thinking and high motivation, you will be suitable for this role.
Requirements:
  • Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst or product data analyst
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL), programming (R) and especially Sales Force
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, R etc)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
  • BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
  • Presentation skill
