Responsibility :
  • Perform quantitative analysis efforts for marketing strategy related studies and planing (feasibility study, new products and services, customer/market analysis and/or flight scheduling) with the objective to identify revenue and growth opportunities, enhance customer experience, promote FedEx brand and effectively measure business performance.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, training and guidance to less-experienced team members in technical and collaborative skills; provide role modeling in inter-departmental and crossmarket alignment; conduct system training; lead projects if required in order to enhance the knowledge base and build a high performing and motivated team.
  • Use customer segment models, analysis and research to identify and prioritize segment growth opportunities (life cycle, needs based, behavioral, value based and retail) in the Regional level; provide with recommendation for District marketing departments to design, execute and evaluate segment tactical programs including life cycle (acquisition, loyalty and anti-attrition) programs in order to achieve revenue and profitability growth targets in each regional market.
  • Coordinate, recommend and conduct marketing researches in the regional level to measure FedEx service against competition and identify improvement priorities; provide management with quantitative information for research result, and consultancy on result interpretation; support  APAC Marketing & Revenue Management to execute Corporate, Divisional and Regional product strategies; propose and achieve allocated A&P program budgets; support District needs for customer hospitality in order to ensure continuing improvements in customer satisfaction and competitive positioning that lead to profitable growth.
  • Provide with revenue analysis to support Senior Management to determine pricing strategy; coordinate among Revenue Management, District Marketing & Sales to adapt Divisional/Regional strategy for the situation in individual markets; help ensure FedEx market-level pricing is positioned to take advantage of business growth opportunities; work with regional Revenue Management, District marketing and Regional Sales to develop and implement pricing tactics to grow revenue from target customer segments in order to achieve overall business & profitability objectives.
  • Acquire broad market knowledge and understanding through marketing intelligence, segment analysis, competitive monitoring and direct experience of customer touch points including Sales, Customer Service, Invoicing and web channels; conduct required quantitative analysis and/or assessment of market and competitive information regarding revenue/service strategy; assist management in producing analysis to Sr./Executive Management for developing regional strategic decisions in order to support the development & execution of appropriate marketing strategies which leads to profitable growth.
Requirement :
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance/Economics, Engineering or related analytical fields ; MBA preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Five (5) years experience in Marketing with proven results in research & business analysis, new product & service development or marketing communications.
Technical Expertise:
  1. Quantitative and data analysis skills with advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and database applications for PC or client-server systems.Marketing theories and techniques
  2. Basic knowledge of finance and/or economics
  3. Must possess knowledge/experience in one or more of the following areas:
           ? Computer data manipulation techniques
           ? Vendor Management
           ? Tactical implementation capabilities.
