The area of operation Bulk Carrier throughout Indonesia for domestic and International waters and specifically in the areas of Sulawesi, Java, Kalimantan and Sumatera. 
 
Responsibilities :
  1. Developing strategic plans to encourage business growth, use analytics to create action plans that are based off data and statistics and interpret results against targets.
  2. Maximize long term company profitability through ensuring that company vessels are highly utilized at optimal rates.
  3. Research market opportunities and trends and to promote the company towards potential and existing clients
  4. Sourcing potential business opportunities that will complement growth strategies
  5. Manage all chartering vessels and communication with charterers and clients
  6. Manage customer relationship system and coordinate with other divisions to improve company service levels.
  7. Generates the proposal and sends the approved proposal to the customer
  8. Develop risk assessments and pricing structures also reviews contracts and requests for proposals to determine whether to bid on the proposal
  9. Ensure the stakeholders adhere to and understand contractual obligations based on analysis of all factors affecting a business situation.
  10. Ensure project meeting prior starting project to informed the condition and term of contract related to department/division.
  11. Well-known with coal tender (a must)
 
Requirements :
  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management, Marketing or Marine Background.
  2. Fluent in English and Computer literate is a must
  3. Experience as Marketing/Commercial Manager with minimum 5 years experience from shipping (drybulk cargo) coal mining or oil gas company are preferable.
  4. Have a good network with coal industry
  5. Have a good understanding of and experience with market research and negotiation.
  6. Must demonstrate talents for commercial awareness, client liasing, project management and team leaderhip.
  7. The location is in Jakarta Pusat.
