Requirement:
  •  Minimum 3 years experiences and preferable to have a good record of professional experience in Technology/Digital business
  •  Solid experience in Marketing program implementation in regional  national wide scope
  • Knowledge of customer success management
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Data-driven mindset and good attention to detail
Job Description :
  • Monitor and report on competitor’s movement, including promotions, branding, media placement and offline activities.
  • Monitor, Evaluate, and report of marketing budget.
  • Planning end to end implementation with D&A Regional (location, vendor, schedule, etc)
  • Prepare briefs, training materials, SOPs and guidance for Deployment & Acquisition team to train the sales & SPG team.
  • In regular contact basis with Deployment and Acquistion team, to monitor the program implementation effectiveness
  • Give insight recommendations to improve performances of acquisition campaigns and engagement activities
  • Define the Activation Program Content (Monthly & Yearly).
  • Mix & Match Activation Program Content through Local Community Based Empowerment
  • Provide marketing tools for Deployment and Acquisition team
  • Vendor standardization and management to support the activation regional program
