Implement standard costing
Study industrial markets to focus on
Develop internal system to increase control in operational process (include consignment tracking process)
Expand SEF coverage (depo/branches/PUD agents) by prioritizing utilization of SERA Point nationwide
Develop internal system to increase control in operational process
Ensure compliance of SEF business process
Develop schedule quarterly review & follow up the result
Conduct monthly SEF Forum, workshop, training, benchmarking with expertise in express industry
Improve safety compliance by mantaining damaged ratio
Develop internal system to increase control in operational process

Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master Degree from any field with GPA minimum 3.00 of 4.00
Good communication, leadership, & analytical thinking
Experience in logistics industry
Willing to travel all around Indonesia or SERA coverage area
