Job Description :
 
  • Monitor individual development plan (IDP) process of all employee, manage its documentation by system and manual and also analyze existing gaps for solutions.
  • Conduct an assement process based on talent and potential database.
  • Manage and lead talent pool program for employee in the high potential category to prepare leader of the company.
  • Support development planning (assesment, promotion, mutation, rotation & demotion), including coaching session for employee who don’t perform.
  • Lead the human  resources information systems (HRIS) platform and improve the efficiency of HRIS data collection.
  • Review data input, output, and reports to provide insightful data to stake holders.
 
Job Requirement
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years experiences of working experience handling HRIS, talent management or equivalent.
  • Age range between 25 - 40 years old.
  • Willing to work in Cilincing, North Jakarta.
