  • Perform onboarding process
  • Manage people with data-driven (objective) perfromance metrics
  • Organize effective tranining sesion for exisiting employee
  • Organize performance reviews
  • Organize engagement surveys
 
REQUIREMENT:
 
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Can speak english fluently
  • Have experiences setting up or optimizing company culture with 100-200 staff size
  • Have experience working in a fast scaling startup
  • Have experiences managing IT team's performance
  • Have experiences in using culture management system / app
  • Placement in Tangerang
