Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Set and optimize culture framework to boost productivity
Set and optimize new staff onboarding kit
Perform onboarding process
Manage people with data-driven (objective) perfromance metrics
Organize effective tranining sesion for exisiting employee
Organize performance reviews
Organize engagement surveys

REQUIREMENT:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Can speak english fluently
Have experiences setting up or optimizing company culture with 100-200 staff size
Have experience working in a fast scaling startup
Have experiences managing IT team's performance
Have experiences in using culture management system / app
Placement in Tangerang
