  • Having experience for mass recruitment seasonely with partnership scheme
  • Excellence communication skill
  • Good negotiation skill
  • Have experience in Land Transport or Logistic company
  • Understand for Indonesia employeer’s law and regulation
Job Description:
  • Managing end to end ICs recruitment process, starting from ICs leads sourcing, processing, deployment and turn over.
  • To ensure all recruitment process follow SOP
  • Find alternative solution to build ICs leads including effective and efficient recruitment process scheme
  • Proposed new recruitment’s SOP when required
  • Maintain leads data base on Fleet Capacity
  • To ensure all ICs is registered at LMS system
  • Align with PMP for Fleet capacity calculation and composition
  • Coordination with Hubs for ICs Fulfillment program at respective Hubs
  • Coordination with Training and Contract Department for ICS fulfillment program
  • Analyze for ICs turn over and find preventive action to reduce high turn over
  • Identify and approach target markets for Fleet’s ICs
  • Conduct ICs engagement programs with internal and external community
