Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to handling recruitment process end to end (job posting, sourcing, interview & psychotest, background checking, arrange MCU and employee on boarding)
  • Manage talent pool database
  • Create weekly and monthly recruitment report
Requirement(s):
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as recruiter.
  • Required Skill(s): recruiting, interview, psychotest, strategic sourcing
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Familiar with psychological tools
  • Good understanding about interview technique
  • Communicative, detail oriented and good analytical thinking
