Job Description:
 
  • Independently analyze datasets to anticipate issues and/or identify areas for improvement in client accounts
  • Be the lead in solving client issues and/or custom requests as needed, to maintain a healthy level of service for our clients - working with our internal teams (e.g. customer service, operations). This could include solving for issues such as order uploads, reservation creation, responding and following up on order-level inquiries
  • Develop & maintain strong relationships with partner working teams to ensure strong communication on key issues
  • Explore, lead and implement special projects with regional partners as needed
  • Support the relationship manager in closing deals as needed (e.g. Crafting a solution to meet the customer’s needs, working closely with country teams, as well as structuring the information in an easy to understand manner)
  • Assist in updating sales material as needed
  • Once the deal is closed, leading our client through a seamless post-sales journey (e.g. account set-up, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth first delivery)
 
Requirements:
 
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience - Ideally with experience in working with external partners
  • University preferred, but not a must-have
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
  • Proficient in data visualization tools e.g. Microsoft PowerPoint, Periscope
  • Previous experience in logistics or a related industry is highly advantageous
  • Able to speak Bahasa and English is a must
