Jobs Descriptions :
  • CRM "Key user" and responsible for CRM KPI achievement of sales personnel
  • Maintain all Sales Target Account Lists (PTA) in CRM
  • Maintain all Logwin ID offers/quotations in CRM; including status updates
  • Maintain Sales visits in CRM for all sales personnel
  • Maintain Sales leads in CRM incl. internal follow-up
  • Sales performance dashboards and reports preparation in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint:
  • Monthly slide deck / sales performance "all company" dashboard
  • Monthly customer/shipment data for each account owner preparation
  • Identification + reporting of New Business (NB) and New customer (NC)
  • Quotation list monitoring / reporting
  • Overall sales performance achievement reporting on quarterly and yearly targets of all sales personnel
  • Reporting on company sales campaign/management programs
  • Hot Target Account (HTA) and HTA Gain List Monthly – including small NC/NB
  • Sales lead inbound process and tracking & reporting
  • Administration of incoming leads from CRM and operations
  • Follow up result outcome and report to National Sales Manager
  • Preparation of Siebel data and documentation of sales meetings on bi-weekly basis
  • Maintenance of corporate presentation PowerPoint toolbox
  • Miscellaneous Ad-hoc admin support NOT-customer related
 
Requirements :
  • Graduate degree in Business Administration or IT or Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years professional experience
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Analytical mind with capability to analyze abstract information and draw business-relevant conclusions
  • Previous experience in business intelligence/ statistics field preferred
  • Fluent in English language
