Responsibilities:
 
  • Achieving Sales Target
  • Identifies, contact regularly, applies sales strategies and penetrates new business opportunities from existing and potential customers
  • Schedules customer appointments with key decision-makers
  • Collaborates with JPL team to establish standard operating procedures for meeting customer expectations
  • Maintain business relationships with customers and develop new opportunities
  • Analyze & evaluate account decliners/gainers to develop strategies for winning back business and promoting future growth
  • Respond to customers' questions, problems, requests and/or complaints
  • Create weekly sales forecast, report
 
 
Requirements:
 
  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Graduated from Diploma/ Bachelor Degree
  • Experience in Freight Forwarding business (minimum 3 years)
  • Strong correspondence in Bahasa Indonesia, English both oral & written
  • Analytical with ability to conduct research and develop sales plans
  • Organized and strategic planner, critical thinker, relationship builder
  • Computer Literate (MS Office Program)
  • Self-motivated, possesses excellent negotiation & interpersonal skill
  • Having an existing client base is an advantage
  • Having own vehicle is preferable
  • Full time
