Responsibilities:

To manage day to day DOP (Drop Of Point) Operations for Indonesia with main focus on JABO Area
Implement Strategies to grow capacity whilst improving productivity and and cost per parcel
End to end mindset ensuring earlier arrivals to Sort Centres to connect to processes and network movement
Continuous improvement and through people development
Coordinate with Sellers, SLE, & MP Log to improve Seller Experience and education of sellers where applicable
Coordinate with FM and govern the collection process and processes at DOP stations including audit checks
Design, manage, and govern an end to end Return Process from Exception identification until successful returns to Merchants or Warehouse

Requirements:

Has at least 5yrs experience in managing an Express First Mile Operations
Education Master Degree
Has a proven track on Industrial and Business Engineering
Proven track record on people management and development
Hands-on and can work cross functional to drive improvements and compliances

Lazada eLogistics (LeL) is the Logistics arm of the Lazada Group and is structured around four operating Business Units

Express: own B2C last mile delivery capabilities from pick-up to sort to delivery
Transport: Management of our ecosystem of partners (3PLs) along all the transportation components
Fulfilment: Operation of a network of warehouses that can fill retail orders on our own behalf, as well as providing fulfilment services to merchants and international brands
Crossborder: Build-up & management of international logistics network giving seamlessly access to ASEAN
