  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
  • At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or professional experience in recruitment and/or organization development.
  • Preferably Senior Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in HR theory and practices
  • Analytical thinking
  • Ability to develop psychological measurement tool (questionnaire, scale, and interview manual)
  • Knowledge in the use and interpretation of personality profiling
  • Ability to use statistical knowledge and program

Responsibilities :
  • Conduct effective and efficient selection and recruitment activities to ensure the fulfillment of organization’s needs for qualified human resources
  • Provide job analysis and job evaluation for every position to ensure the availability of appropriate job description and position grading
  • Provide and develop annual performance appraisal system for all employees to ensure effective performance review system
  • Review and adjust annual remuneration package to ensure its appropriateness with company’s business status and government regulation
  • Conduct research and benchmark activities on Human Resources practices and provide suggestion for improvement based on research and benchmark result in order to help improve company’s HR practices
  • Select, train, develop, motivate and monitor performance of subordinates, and develop a succession plan in order to achieve departmental objectives within People-Service-Profit (PSP) guidelines.
  • Monitor subordinates coordinate with related parties on vacant position advertisement and fulfillment in order to smoothen the process
  • Organize the process of selection and recruitment in order to ensure excellent administrative process of recruitment
  • Monitor subordinates coordinate with user to evaluate recruitment process and result
  • Periodically review job description in order to accommodate changes of responsibilities & accountabilities
  • Periodically review performance appraisal system to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency
  • Compile and update the knowledge of company’s business status and government regulation
  • Gather, compile, update, and analyze all data and trends related to HR practices
  • Counsel and guide staff to ensure compliance to policies, procedures, and performance
