Job Description :
  • Responsible for overseeing the shipment and delivery of goods and warehouse
  • Involves managing the loading of trucks, setting up delivery routes, and unloading of materials
  • Manage inventory, establish and maintain communication with suppliers, custom brokers, carriers, and others involved in the shipping and delivery of merchandise
  • Overseeing transportation of goods from one warehouse location to another, ensuring it arrives safely and on time.
  • Arrange product pickups and deliveries with transportation companies as well as route drivers accordingly
  • Conduct cost analysis of several transportation companies in order to select a more cost effective option, and are also able to manage the reception and storage of shipment
  • Communicate with trucking companies, warehouse supervisors, custom brokers, sales forces, and customers
 
Qualification :
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering form reputable college or university
  • Experiences in same position at least 3 years in a row, in one company, preferably in oil & gas services industry or telecommunication industry
  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Familiar with ERP & Management Control System
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt & work within deadlines
  • Excellent & proactive communication skills
  • Ability to work independently & effectively with a diverse team
