JOB PURPOSE :
Warehouse administrators oversee the management of stock within an organization. This includes receiving, issuing and dispatching stock, and handling communication between freight companies and warehouse customers.
Warehouse administrators are responsible for the data entry and inventory of all stock. This involves processing receipts, taking records and documenting the details of all orders. They also organize staff inductions, manage occupational health and safety procedures and book times for incoming deliveries. They may also have to assist with general duties within the warehouse.
 
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Handling admin duties in warehouse such as organize tall sheet, prepare documentation, delivery notes, etc
  • Making sure that all inventory process are completed
  • Assist warehouse manager/ supervisor in warehouse operation
  • Ensure goods are received and delivered on time
  • Perform stock check
  • Create monthly tally sheet for storage cargo
  • Update and manage the stock in the WMS and manage the physical inventory of the warehouse whenever needed
  • Coordinate with admin office for shipment and required documentation
  • Perform any other task as and when assignebd by supervisor
  • Provide a list of all internal and external stakeholders
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
  • Education minimum Diploma
  • Minimum have experience as Warehouse Operator/Tally Clerk 2-5 years
  • Knowledge of inventory keeping or warehousing techniques
  • Detail oriented, well organize and able to prioritize task
  • Familiar with WMS
  • Intermediate computer skills including using MS Word, MS Excel. 
  • Ability to maintain accurate and precise records and stores; ability to recognize data discrepancies and bring to the attention of the appropriate supervisor and/or WFP Officer; courtesy, tact, and the ability to work effectively with people, and will to learn and improve the skill and proficiency.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
