Help-desk support oversee the management of Customer Service and administrative functions within a warehouse. This includes inventory, transportation, inbound and outbound administration, issuing and dispatching stock, and handling communication with internal customer and external customers.
 
Help-desk support are responsible for the data entry to the Help desk smart sheet. This involves processing complain registration, taking records and documenting the details of all customer related issue. They also support to manage occupational health and safety procedures. They may also have to assist with general duties within the warehouse.
 
Qualification:
  • Degree in related field
  • Relevant warehouse process and Warehouse Management System (WMS) qualifications Minimum one year experience in a warehouse administration
  • Advanced Ms. Office knowledge and good know-how of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Is aware and ensure compliance to the security procedures of the warehouse
  • Is aware of the incident reporting procedure for any Health and Safety violation in the warehouse
Job Description:
