  • Provide support in organization structure review and update
  • Develop and implement structured leadership development program
  • Become a specialist who will involve on the structured end to end talent management strategy, sucession management and talent development aligned with Business Strategy.
  • Assist HR Manager to manage employee Movement & Promotion Process
  • Support the Development and Implementation of HR Initiatives and system
  • Support in employee engagement program
  • Training need analysis and training matrix
Requirement : 
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Language : English is a must
  • Familiar with HR system
  • Creates innovative and effective learning content
  • Bring a consultative and customer service mentality to the work
  • Creative thinker, self starter with a proactive approach to resolving problems and issues
  • Placement in Tangerang – West Jakarta.
