Description

• This role will take delegated responsibility from the Senior Manager Regional IT Services, for the day to day
  regional operation and assurance of the global infrastructure services partnership with HCL, aimed at delivering
  a set of transformed COMPANY infrastructure and related technical services to an agreed level of quality and
  cost.
• The role holder will need to work with Market Technology teams, IT Product Delivery / Global Applications teams
  as well as Technology Global Services or other IT teams to drive the delivery of user services, network services,
  server and storage management services within their region, within an agreed cost framework.
• The role will coordinate and support the regional operation of all day to day service management processes
  across internal service groups within IT Product Delivery / Global Applications, Market Technology and
  Technology Global Services, together with externally provided services.
• Working with the Senior Manager Regional IT Services, external service providers and Market Technology
  leaders, support the management and development of Technology Global Service strategies (global & market).
  Managing, assuring and supporting; Demand Management, Financial Management, Strategy, Service Portfolio
  Management, Service Design.
• Working with the Senior Manager Regional IT Services, external service providers and Market Technology
  leaders, ensure that Technology Global Services are understood, designed and fit for purpose (global & market).
  Managing, assuring and supporting; The Service Catalogue, Service Level Management, Capacity
  Management,  Availability Management, Service Continuity, Security, Supplier Management (w/o local suppliers),
  ServiceTransition.
• Working with the Senior Manager Regional IT Services, external service providers and Market Technology
  leaders, ensure and assure that all Market Technology services are planned, documented and implemented in
  accordance with customer requirements and Company IT processes and policies. Managing, assuring and
  supporting; Knowledge Management, Change Management, Asset & Configuration Management, Release
  Management, Release & Deployment, Transition Planning, Testing, Service Operation.
• Working with the Senior Manager Regional IT Services, external service providers and Market Technology
  leaders, ensure and assure that all Market Technology services are operated in accordance with customer
  requirements and COMPANY IT processes and policies. Managing, assuring and supporting; Incident
  Management, Problem Management, Event Management, Service Request Management, Access Management,
  Operations Management.

Profile

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree level / equivalent qualification may be an advantage but is not essential

- ITIL V4 Foundation certification may be an advantage but not essential (if not already attained, Company would
  expect the incumbent to attain this within 1 year of taking the role). Knowledge & Years of Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in IT, either internal or as a service provider

- 3+ years of leading IT service delivery teams and contributing to service and cost performance improvements

- 1+ years of working with outsourced infrastructure partnerships would be an advantage

- Exposure to ITIL-based Service Management processes and / or other best practice frameworks is desirable

- Experience in a range of IT roles would be an advantage e.g. Applications, Infrastructure, Projects etc. Skills &

- Language skills: Mandatory: English; Desirable (but not essential): other Asian languages ie: Indonesian,
  Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Malaysian
