JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Analyze problem with current running system then propose better solution
Cooperate with other business units to consult about their problem and come up with the solution
Compose BRD (business requirement document) stating the problem statement, goals, and ROI
Work together with TBP on submitting the requirement and assist/follow up in the development process
Person in change for UAT (user acceptance test)
Operation support (assist user in troubleshooting issues)

REQUIREMENT:

Good experience and knowledge in logistic system and operation
Good communication, coordination, learning, interpersonal, and reasoning skill
Candidate must at least possess bachelor’s degree
Fluent English is a must, both in oral and written
Mandarin speaker is a plus
